What's a peaberry? It's when a single bean develops inside the coffee cherry, instead of the familiar two flat beans. Tanzanian coffees are grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, under the shade of banana trees.

What you’ll need: Coffee, Chemex filter, scale, hot water, timer, stir spoon

Coffee 52 grams
Grind Medium
Brew Time 2:45 mins
Our Method 1. Add 104 grams of water and allow it to bloom for 20 seconds
2. Pour 30 grams of water at a time until you've reached 750 grams
3. Finish pouring at 2:15 minutes and stir sidewalls to ensure an even drawdown. Makes two 12-oz cups.
