We were on our way home from Lake Tahoe when we decided to stay in Park City, UT. When we drove by on our way, we wanted to stay there on our way home. As we were leaving, we wanted to grab some coffee and check out the area. We almost couldn't find the Park City location when finally we spotted it! What made the experience so great was the minimal menu, size options and the barista, Art! We had a great conversation about manual espresso machines and roasting and he made two perfect beverages; not to sweet and you can taste the notes in the cup! There was also a by two-get one free on beans going on and I decided to tap in! the range espresso was our favorite of the three.. but they were all amazing through my ROK manual espresso machine at home for the next couple months! Because of how pink elephant crafts and roasts, we decided to four-go a coffee prescription and sign on with them! Honestly, some of the best beans I've had and I'm somewhat of a connoisseur and snobby with my Joe;)
