What you’ll need: Coffee, hot water, scale, timer, stir spoon

Brew Method French Press
Coffee 60 grams
Grind Coarse
Brew Time 3:30 mins
Our Method 1. Add 120 g of water and allow it to bloom for 45 seconds
2. Pour water to 890 g stirring the slurry
3. At 3:30 begin compression.
